Our Preferred Preparation for Ground Chicken

We think chicken burgers are so underrated. Build your patties from ground chicken using some seasoning, garlic, and egg, and then roll them in breadcrumbs before getting the patties cooking on a skillet. Serve your chicken burgers on a bun with a slice of your favourite cheese, tomato, and a thin layer of mayo.
